How we use it
To show your catalogue to customers in conversational channels, deliver orders to your dashboard, and keep your account secure.
Sharing
Catalogue information you publish is shared with the conversational channels you enable. Contact details are shared with a customer only as needed to fulfil an order.
Retention
We keep account and order records for as long as your business account is active, and as required by applicable law.
Your choices
You can edit or remove catalogue items at any time, switch channels off in settings, or ask us to close your account.
